Home Image Renovations did an outstanding job from start to finish handling our roof insurance claim and subsequent installation of our new roof. Both Brenda and Carlo communicated in a timely and efficient manner throughout the entire process. Once the claim was filed, Home Image Renovations communicated with the insurance company on our behalf, making it a stress-free scenario.

Once the claim was approved we were provided with our shingle options and other pertinent information regarding the installation process. Our materials were ordered and delivered and the dumpster arrived as scheduled.

Finally, it was NEW ROOF DAY!!! A beautiful 65-degree day in March. The crew arrived in the morning got straight to work. The entire crew was courteous and professional. They worked hard and completed our project in one day! They did a thorough clean-up, including going around the yard with a large magnet to collect any stray nails.
